What Does the Process Include?

After reviewing the qualifications, you may wonder what the process may include. Below is a detailed description of what you can expect throughout each step of the process.

Application:

Using the link below, you will be lead to an online application where you will be able to answer the application questions and enter all of the required information to apply. We highly recommend you take your time and answer the questions thoroughly.

Our most successful applicants have been detailed in their responses and made sure to answer each question concisely and completely.

Interview:

We use the term “interview” loosely. In this stage of the process, we utilize the interviews as an opportunity to for the applicant and the interviewer to get to know one another. The interview allows both you and the interviewer to ask one another questions.

Additionally, this is an opportunity for you to speak more to your accomplishments, further clarify responses from your application, and share additional information that will help the interviewer and the Foundation to better understand your background and your future endeavors.

Selection Process:

Once all interviews have been conducted, the Board Members gather to discuss the applicants’ application and interview. From here, we make a final decision on which applicants will be selected as recipients for the scholarships. All individuals are shortly notified of our decision and the next steps to follow.

You will be required to provide proof of college acceptance and/or proof of active enrollment for both the fall and spring semester.
